Crescent Bay is a development featuring high and mid-rise towers for residential and commercial use, a shopping centre and five-star beachfront hotel in Karachi, Pakistan. Launched on May 31, 2006 as part of a US$2.4 billion investment in Pakistan by Emaar properties. The towers will contain approximately 4,000 residential apartments. Crescent Bay 1 will feature a hotel at the northernmost tip of the property, fronted by a long stretch of public beach. Crescent Bay 2 will be the most urban of the districts, with a Waterfront Retail Arcade running along the beach. Most of the residential towers are found in this neighbourhood, interspersed by parks, play areas and sports facilities. Crescent Bay 3 is one of the residential neighbourhoods, with controlled vehicle access, a waterfront promenade and residential towers. The liquidity crisis faced by Emaar Properties in the UAE has had an impact on the timeline for the completion of the project. ==See also== * Defence Housing Authority * Defence Housing Society The crescent bay project is taken over by DHA Karachi. http://tribune.com.pk/story/204627/dha-takes-over-crescent-bay-project-on-the-rocks/ 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Crescent Bay, Karachi」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
